At Norma's Flower's, we aim to please. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the situation. 

  • If your flowers arrive damaged, we will replace the flowers free of charge. Please contact us within 24 hours with pictures and your order number so we can offer a replacement.
  • After 48 hours of receiving your flowers, we are unable to offer any replacement or credit. 
  • If your plant arrives damaged, we will replace the plant free of charge. Please contact us within 24 hours with pictures and your order number so we can offer a replacement.
  • After 5 days of receiving your plant, we are unable to offer any replacement or credit. 
  • If the order is cancelled 24 hours before the delivery date, a full refund will be given. We are unable to cancel the order if it is out for delivery already.

 

Due to different flower seasons, inventory, and availability, we may sometimes have to replace flowers, wrapping, or vases for our flower designs. If an item is unavailable, we'll substitute in products of equal or greater value.
